A 14 MW gas plant and 6 MW of rooftop solar feed one microgrid, with batteries for the switch-over. No generator in your compound, no fuel queue, no noise at night.
Clean water from one plant
Water is treated on site, stored in sealed tanks and pumped at steady pressure to every tap. You can see the latest water test in the resident app.
Fibre in its own duct
A 1 Gbps fibre ring runs under every street in a shared duct, with access chambers every 60 metres. Upgrades never mean digging up the road.
Streets that drain
Every plot sits on a raised plinth, and the Greenway canal holds stormwater in heavy rain. The streets were modelled for a one-in-100-year storm.
One app for the whole city
