What happened, month by month
October 2026
Skyline Tower A reaches level 12. The fibre ring passes 82%. Greenway's first 60 terraces are roofed.
Slipped: the Marina promenade paving moved two weeks to November because of late rains.
September 2026
The sea wall reaches full height on the first 1.4 km. The water plant runs its first full test.
Slipped: nothing this month.
August 2026
Civic Square market hall roof goes on. 900 trees planted in Greenway.
Slipped: lift deliveries for Skyline held at the port for nine days.
July 2026
Heavy rains test the canal; streets stay dry. Circuit Block B tops out.
Slipped: site closed for two days in the worst storm, for safety.
