The Marina is the lagoon edge of Novaterra. Forty-eight villas sit on raised plinths behind a new sea wall, each with a private jetty berth. In front of them runs a public promenade with a boat club, restaurants and a 2 km lagoon walk that anyone in the city can enjoy at sunset.

Like every part of Novaterra, The Marina runs on the city microgrid, drinks from the city water plant and connects to the fibre ring. Service charges are set per square metre and published in advance, so you know the cost of living here before you sign.
