Buying
Who can buy at Novaterra?
Anyone over 18, in Nigeria or abroad, and companies registered in Nigeria.
Is the land title secure?
The land is held under a registered title, and every buyer receives a deed of assignment at handover. Your lawyer can inspect the title documents at the sales gallery.
How do I reserve?
Pay the ₦500,000 reservation fee through Receivly, in the chat or at the gallery. It holds one home for 14 days and is refundable in that time.

Paying
Which payment plans are there?
Pay in full with 5% off, or 12, 24 or 36 months. Example rates for this demo; see the payment plans page.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes, by international transfer, and in naira from any Nigerian bank by transfer or card.
Do I get receipts?
Yes, for every payment, the same day, in your customer area.

How reliable is the power?
The microgrid targets 99.98% uptime, with gas, solar, batteries and the national grid as layers of backup.
What are service charges?
A yearly charge per square metre that pays for security, cleaning, the parks and running the city systems. Rates are published each January.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with simple rules for shared areas. Greenway has a fenced dog run.

When is the gallery open?
Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 1pm to 5pm.
Can you collect me?
Yes, private tours include a pickup from Ikoyi, Victoria Island or Lekki.
Can I tour by video?
Yes, a live video tour takes about 40 minutes and can be booked on the visit page.
