Novaterra Development Company was set up to build one thing well: a complete, walkable, reliable piece of Lagos. We are a team of builders, engineers and people who were tired of generators. All names here are examples for this demo.

Story
Why we started
In 2021 our founders sat in a meeting in Ikoyi that stopped three times for power cuts. The building was new, the rent was high, and the generator was louder than the presentation.
We asked a simple question: what would it take to build a part of Lagos where none of that happens? The answer was to plan the whole thing at once: the power plant, the water plant, the ducts, the roads, the trees, before the first tower. That is Novaterra.

Seven in ten people on site live in Lagos State, and every trade has apprentices.
