How it works
From reservation to keys
Reserve
Pay a ₦500,000 reservation fee by card or bank transfer through Receivly. It holds your home for 14 days and is refundable in that time.
Sign and pay the deposit
Your lawyer reviews the contract of sale. You sign and pay the deposit, and we issue an allocation letter.
Pay monthly
Pay by standing order, bank transfer or card. Every payment shows in your customer area with a receipt the same day.
Watch it rise
Monthly photos and a build timeline in your customer area, plus a snagging walk before handover.
Collect your keys
Final balance, deed of assignment and keys. Your home is connected and ready on the day.
Paperwork
What you will need
- A valid ID: passport, driver licence or national ID card
- Proof of address from the last three months
- Your BVN for payments from a Nigerian account
- For companies: CAC documents and a board resolution
- A lawyer of your choice to review the contract

About paying
What if I miss a payment?
Tell us early. We can move a payment by up to 30 days once a year at no charge. After that, a late fee applies as set out in your contract.
Can I pay off early?
Yes, at any time, and the plan charge is reduced for the months you did not use.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Card and bank transfer are both accepted through Receivly, and you get a receipt for each payment.
