Circuit is built for work that never waits for NEPA. Grade A offices, small studio suites and a shared workspace sit on the fibre ring, with a backed-up data hall next door. It is a ten-minute walk from Skyline under shaded colonnades, so most people who live in Novaterra never need to drive to the office.
Like every part of Novaterra, Circuit runs on the city microgrid, drinks from the city water plant and connects to the fibre ring. Service charges are set per square metre and published in advance, so you know the cost of living here before you sign.
