The district

Market hall roof complete

Civic Square is where the city meets. A covered market hall for fresh food and local makers, an events lawn for weekend concerts, a chapel and a prayer room, a library and the transit hub where the shuttle and the water taxi meet. A few apartments sit above the shops for people who like to be in the middle of things.

Like every part of Novaterra, Civic Square runs on the city microgrid, drinks from the city water plant and connects to the fibre ring. Service charges are set per square metre and published in advance, so you know the cost of living here before you sign.
