Buying a home
Is the price fixed once I reserve?
Yes. The price on your reservation letter is held for 14 days, and fixed in the contract once you pay the deposit.
Can I pay in dollars or pounds?
Prices are set in naira. You can pay from abroad by international transfer, converted at the rate on the day it lands.
Do you work with mortgage lenders?
Yes. Two example partner lenders offer mortgages on completed homes, and we can introduce you at the sales gallery.
What does the reservation fee cover?
It holds one home at the agreed price for 14 days. It is refundable in full if you change your mind within that time, and counts towards your deposit if you go ahead.
