About receipts

Where receipts come from

  1. Every payment

    Each payment made through Receivly creates a receipt with a unique reference, shown at once and stored in your customer area.

  2. Bank transfers

    Transfers are matched to your account by the reference. The receipt appears when the money lands, usually within minutes.

  3. Corrections

    If anything on a receipt is wrong, message buyer care from your customer area and we will reissue it the same day.
