Greystone Group, Yaba, Lagos
We raise buildings Lagos can lean on
Six building companies under one hard hat. Offices, homes, roads and warehouses, from the first soil test to the day we hand you the keys. Scroll to watch one rise.
The group
Twenty two years of building for the real Lagos
We plan around the rainy season, the bridge traffic and the price of diesel. Every site runs on power backup, every big pour is booked around the roads, and every client sees progress in their own client area, every week.
From a single yard in Yaba in 2004 we have grown to six companies and 1,900 people. The way we work has not changed: tell clients the true price and the true date, then show them the work.

One call, six companies, one programme
Each company stands and bids on its own. On a Greystone site they share one programme, one safety system and one client desk, so you deal with one team.

Fourteen storeys of flexible offices over two levels of parking. Topping out in December.
Adeola Court, Ikoyi
Thirty six apartments over nine floors, with a basement car park cut into wet ground.
Ibeju coastal link road
11.6 kilometres of dual carriageway, drains and four culverts, built through two rainy seasons.
Oregun logistics park
48,000 square metres of warehousing with a 9 metre clear height and solar roofs.
Built for the real Lagos
Night pours, dry season frames, power that never drops
We pour big slabs between 10pm and 4am when mixer trucks can move, plan frames around the rains, and run every site on solar hybrid backup so pumps and tools never wait for the grid.
How a Greystone build runs
Seven stages, no surprises
The same seven stages on a duplex in Magodo and a tower in Yaba. You always know which one you are in and what it costs.
- 01
Soil test and survey
A geotechnical report and a measured survey before any price is firm. On Lagos soils this is where budgets are won or lost.
- 02
Design and approvals
Architectural, structural and services drawings, then planning and building approvals handled by our own team.
- 03
Mobilisation
Hoarding, site office, power, water and security in the first two weeks, with neighbours told what to expect.
- 04
Substructure and frame
Piles, basement and the concrete frame, with weekly photo reports and every pour logged in your client area.
- 05
Envelope and services
Walls, glazing and roof close the building in, then electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and fire systems go in.
- 06
Finishes and testing
Floors, ceilings, joinery and paint, followed by full systems testing with you or your consultant present.
- 07
Handover and care
Keys, manuals and as-built drawings, then twelve months of defects care with a named engineer you can call.

What we do
Everything a building needs, from one group
Design and build
One contract from sketch to keys. Our architects and engineers design what our sites can build at the price agreed.

Civil works
Estate roads, drainage, culverts and earthworks, with our own plant and our own asphalt crew.
Fit-out and interiors
Offices, banking halls, clinics and homes finished to drawing, often while the building stays open.
Precast supply
Vibrated blocks, kerbs, lintels and hollow core slabs, tested every batch and delivered on our trucks.
Plant hire
Excavators, tippers, cranes and generators by the day or week, with trained operators and fuel options.
Clients
What clients say about working with us
They told us the basement would add eleven weeks and it added ten. Nobody had ever been that straight with us about time.
We moved our whole office over one weekend because the fit-out team worked nights for three weeks and still left the lifts clean every morning.
I live in Abuja and watched my house in Lekki go up from the client area. The photos every Friday were the best part.
AI phone line
Call our AI line, answered day and night in Nigerian English
Ask for a rough price, book a site assessment, check plant availability or get a project update at 2am. It hands over to a person on the team during working hours. Example number for this demo.
