Contract routes
Three ways to work with us
One contract covers design, approvals and construction. You agree the brief and a target cost, our architects and engineers design to it, and a fixed price follows once the design is complete. Best for clients who want one point of responsibility.
Your consultants design and manage the contract, and we build to their drawings at a tendered price. Best for clients with an established team or a lender who requires it.
We act for you on the ground: weekly video, monthly valuations, an independent quantity surveyor on request, and every payment through Receivly with receipts in your client area.
