Walks the site with you
Boundaries, access for trucks and cranes, neighbours, drainage and any existing structures.

Checks the ground
Hand auger samples and a look at nearby buildings; a full soil test is booked if needed.

Reviews your documents
Survey plan, title, any drawings and approvals you already have.

Agrees the next step
A priced range within five working days and a proposal for design or tender.

The ₦75,000 fee is credited in full against your first valuation.
