Case study, Oregun, Lagos
Oregun logistics park
48,000 square metres of warehousing with a 9 metre clear height, solar roofs and 40 loading docks.
The brief
What the client needed
Handed over March 2023A distributor needed space fast and power it could rely on. The site was an old factory yard with buried foundations and contaminated ground.
Our approach
How we built it
Clearing the past
Old foundations broken out and recycled as fill, and contaminated soil removed under supervision.
Steel and concrete together
Steel portal frames fabricated off site while floor slabs were laser screeded in 2,000 sqm bays.
Solar roofs
2.4 megawatts of solar panels with battery storage cut the client's diesel bill sharply.
Phased handover
The first 16,000 sqm was handed over in month 9 so the client could start moving stock.

Can you build to let for developers?
Yes. We have built speculative warehouses for developers and fitted them out for tenants.
What floor loads do you design for?
Typically 50 kN per square metre for racking, higher where needed.
