Case study, Yaba, Lagos
Sabo Tech Hub
Fourteen storeys of flexible offices over two levels of parking, a stone's throw from the Yaba tech cluster.
The brief
What the client needed
On site, topping out December 2026The client wanted floors that small tech firms could rent by the half floor, with power that never drops and lifts that never queue. The site is tight, wedged between a busy road and two occupied buildings, with mixer access only at night.
Our approach
How we built it
Night logistics
Every pour is booked between 10pm and 4am with traffic marshals and a police permit, and the neighbours get a text the day before.
Jump form core
The core is cast with a self climbing form, leading the floors by two levels so lifts can be installed early.
Nine day floor cycle
Columns, beams and slab on a nine working day cycle, tracked in the client's area with photos of every pour.
Power from the start
A 600 kVA solar hybrid plant runs the site and stays as the building's backup system.
