About the group
Built from a block yard in Yaba
Twenty two years, six companies and one habit we never dropped: tell clients the truth about price and time, then show them the work.
Our story
Started with blocks, grew on trust
Greystone began as a block yard and two lorries on a side street in Yaba. Contractors kept asking the founder to lay the blocks too, then to build the walls, then the whole building.
Today the group is six companies that bid on their own and work as one. The yard is now our Ikorodu precast plant, the lorries are a fleet of 140 machines, and the founder still visits a site every Saturday morning. Clients range from families building a first home to developers, banks, schools and state agencies.

What we hold to
Four things that do not change
Everyone goes home
No programme, price or client is worth an injury. Any worker can stop any job, and we back them every time.
Honest numbers
Prices built from real rates, programmes built from real outputs, and early warning when either moves.
Our own people
Most of our site leaders started as artisans or graduate engineers with us. We train 140 apprentices a year.
Lighter sites
Solar hybrid power, recycled water for curing, and precast that cuts waste on every block wall.
Leadership
The people who sign their names to it
Every Greystone contract is signed by a director who can be reached by the client directly.
Engr. Bisola Adeyemi-Nwosu
Group managing director. Structural engineer, joined as a site engineer in 2007 and ran the civil company before taking the group.
Chukwuemeka Danladi
Director of operations. Runs programmes and plant across every live site, and chairs the weekly safety review.
Halima Yusuf-Ojo
Director of commercial. Chartered quantity surveyor who signs off every estimate and every valuation the group issues.
