How we hire ourselves
We practise what we sell
Every Talentforge employee has a written contract, a pension account that is remitted on time, HMO cover and a payslip that adds up. New advisers spend six weeks shadowing before they look after a client on their own.
We train twice a year on Nigerian labour law updates with an independent lawyer, and every adviser holds or is studying for a recognised HR qualification.
Our clients do not want a call centre. They want somebody who remembers that their bursar is on leave in December.

Work at Talentforge
We hire graduate trainees each January and experienced advisers when we grow. Good candidates are calm with numbers, kind with people and stubborn about getting details right. We particularly welcome applications from people who have worked in schools, hospitals or factories.
Openings are listed on our own jobs board, alongside the roles we recruit for clients. We never charge applicants for anything, and we answer every application within ten working days.
