Worked example
A 40 person school on payroll and compliance
Forty staff at the payroll plan is 40 x N9,500 = N380,000 a month, plus VAT. The one-off setup is N150,000. Salaries, pension and statutory remittances are paid by the school as before, through files we prepare.

Q.How do we pay?
A. Monthly invoices by bank transfer, or card and transfer through Receivly. POS is available at our office.
Q.Are there discounts?
A. From 150 staff the payroll rate drops to N8,000 per head. Schools and registered charities get 10 percent off.
Q.What is not included?
A. Salaries, statutory contributions, HMO premiums and job advert costs above N50,000 are passed through at cost.
