Service
Civil works
Roads, drainage, culverts, shore protection and estate infrastructure, with our own plant and asphalt crew.
What we build
The ground everything else stands on
Lagos and its neighbours sit on soft, wet ground. Roads fail when drainage is an afterthought. Our civil company designs the drains first, then the road, and builds both with its own excavators, graders, rollers and pavers.
Scope
What the service covers
Roads and junctions
Estate roads, access roads and dual carriageways with kerbs, walkways and street lights.
Drainage
Open and covered drains, culverts and outfalls sized from real rainfall data.
Earthworks
Site clearance, filling and compaction tested layer by layer.
Retaining walls
Gabion, sheet pile and reinforced concrete walls for lagoon and slope edges.

Questions
Asked before every contract
Do you work for estates and private developers?
Yes. Most of our road work is estate infrastructure for developers and residents' associations, often phased as plots sell.
Can you keep a road open while you work?
Yes. We phase works and run traffic management, with night working on busy routes.
Who maintains the road after handover?
We include a twelve month maintenance period and offer yearly maintenance contracts after that.
