Asked before every contract
Can you work with our own architect?
Yes. About half our commercial work is to a client's design. We give early buildability comments free of charge and price to your drawings.
Do you offer a fixed price?
Yes, once the design is at tender stage and the soil report is in. Before that we work on a target cost with open books.
How do you handle variations?
Every change is priced and agreed in writing before work starts, and shown in your client area with its effect on time.
