We plan homes around real life in Nigeria: a boys' quarters that works, a kitchen that can take a big pot on a Sunday, water storage that lasts a week, and solar and inverter wiring from day one. Developers get apartments planned for rental yields and quick sales.

Detached and semi detached
Duplexes, bungalows and maisonettes from 250 to 800 square metres.
Apartment blocks
Four to eight floors with lifts, car parks and service charges planned in.
Power from day one
Solar, inverter and generator changeover wired in, not added later.
Water that lasts
Borehole, treatment and storage sized for the household, with pressure pumps.

Asked before every contract
I live abroad. Can I still build with you?
Yes. Forty of our homes were built for clients abroad. You get weekly photos and video in the client area, monthly valuations, and a video call at every stage.
Can I pay in instalments?
You pay by stage as the work is done: mobilisation, then monthly valuations. You never pay far ahead of the work on site.
Do you build on land with family title documents?
We will review your documents first. We only start once title and approvals are clear, because that protects you.
