03History
Recent events.
Planned: generator 3 service
Generator 3 was taken out for its 2,000 hour service. The other three carried full load. No customer impact.
Resolved: portal slow
The customer portal was slow for 40 minutes after an update. Tickets by phone and WhatsApp were not affected.
Planned: utility feed B switchover test
We dropped feed B on purpose to test transfer. The generators started in 7 seconds and the UPS carried the gap.
Resolved: cooling unit alarm, hall one
One cooling unit alarmed on a failed fan. The spare unit took over; the inlet temperature did not change.
