03Terms
The rules, in plain words.

Deposit
A ₦150,000 deposit holds space for 30 days and is credited to your first invoice.
- 02
Term
The first term is 12 months. After that, month to month with 60 days notice.
- 03
Price changes
We can change rates once a year with 90 days notice. Power rates follow the tariff, with the workings shown.
- 04
Service credits
If power to your rack is lost through our fault, you get a credit of 10% of the monthly fee per hour, up to the full month.
04Paying
How invoices are paid.
Monthly invoice
Sent on the 1st, due by the 15th, in naira with VAT shown.
Bank transfer
Receivly matches your transfer to your invoice by itself. No need to send proof.
Card or POS
Pay by card online through Receivly, or at the front desk on POS.
Budget codes
Agencies can add their budget code and we print it on every invoice.

Pricing questions.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are shown without VAT, which appears on the invoice.
Do you charge in dollars?
No. Everything is billed in naira. Only hardware you buy from partners may be priced in other currencies.
Can I pay a year upfront?
Yes, with a 5% discount on the space fee.
