What is the smallest space I can rent?
A quarter rack: 10U with 1 kW, in a shared cabinet with its own lock, from ₦185,000 a month.
How long is the contract?
12 months first, then month to month with 60 days notice.
Can I grow later?
Yes. We can hold the position next to yours for up to six months.
Do you rent servers?
No. We are neutral. Partners can supply hardware if you need it.
02Power and cooling
Power and cooling.
What happens when the grid fails?
Generators start by themselves within ten seconds, with UPS carrying the load until they do. You will not notice.
How much fuel do you keep?
72 hours of diesel on site, plus two supply contracts and gas for two sets.
What temperature are the racks?
Inlet air is held at 22 to 25°C with 40 to 60% humidity.
Can I have more than 8 kW in a rack?
Up to 12 kW on request; beyond that we plan a cage with extra cooling.
03Access and security

Can I visit at night?
Yes, with your own access card, at any hour.
How do I add a visitor?
In the portal or on WhatsApp, at least two hours before.
How long is camera footage kept?
90 days. Access logs are kept for 12 months.
Can your staff access my data?
No. We only touch hardware, and only when you ask.
04Billing
Billing.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoice in naira. Bank transfer, card through Receivly, or POS at the desk.
Is VAT included?
No, it is added on the invoice.
What is the deposit for?
It holds your space for 30 days and is credited to your first invoice.
Do you give credits for outages?
Yes: 10% of the monthly fee per hour of lost power caused by us, up to the full month.
