01Seven layers

From the outside in.

  1. 01

    Perimeter fence

A 2.4 metre anti-climb fence with a vehicle barrier, lit all night and watched by cameras with overlapping views.

  2. 02

    Manned gate

Guards check every car and every ID against the list your company keeps up to date in the portal.

  3. 03

    Reception

Visitors sign in, show ID and receive a badge that only opens the doors they need.

  4. 04

    Mantrap

Two doors that cannot open at the same time. Card, PIN and fingerprint are needed to pass.

  5. 05

    Data hall

Card access by hall and by row. Doors held open for more than 30 seconds raise an alarm.

  6. 06

    Cabinet or cage

Your rack or cage has its own lock. Cages add their own card reader and camera.

  7. 07

    Audit trail

Every door, every card and every camera event is logged and kept for 12 months.

02Visiting

What to expect on your first visit.

Glowing fingerprint on a dark scanner

Before you come, someone on your company's access list adds your name in the portal or on WhatsApp. At the gate, show the same government ID. At reception, we take a photo and your fingerprint for your card, and walk you through the safety rules in about ten minutes.

Visitors without their own card are escorted at all times. Contractors you send are treated the same way and can only reach your rack.

  • Add visitors at least two hours ahead
  • No photos in the halls without approval
  • Tools and kit are logged in and out on the loading bay

03Cameras

Watched from the operations centre.

04Compliance

Paperwork your auditors will ask for.

Access reports

Monthly report of every entry to your rack or cage, with names and times.

Data protection

Our processes are written to support your duties under Nigerian data protection law. We never access your servers.

Footage on request

Clips from your cage or rack sent to your security team within one working day.

Yearly audit

An independent audit of our security, power and processes, shared under a confidentiality letter.

05Questions

Security questions.

Can your staff log into our servers?

No. We have no access to your systems. Remote hands engineers only touch hardware, and only when you open a ticket.

What happens if we lose an access card?

Call the operations centre. The card is blocked within minutes and a new one is ready at your next visit.

Can police or anyone else enter our cage?

Only with a valid court order, and we tell you straight away unless the order forbids it.

Do you search bags?

Bags are checked on the way in and out. Tools and drives are logged against your company.
