04Onboarding
From first call to racked in about four weeks.
Survey and sizing
We list your kit with you, measure real power draw if you can share it, and agree the space and power you commit to.
Contract and deposit
One-year term, then month to month. A refundable deposit holds the space while you plan the move.
Access and induction
Your engineers get cards, fingerprints and a 30-minute safety induction.
Move-in weekend
You pick a weekend. We can supply packing crates, a van and two engineers to rack and cable.
Settle and report
First power and temperature report, a check-in call, and we adjust anything that is not right.
05Questions
Colocation questions we hear most.
Do I still own my servers?
Yes. You own and manage your hardware and software. We look after the building, power, cooling, security and the network links into your rack.
Can I visit any time?
Yes. Card holders can come in day or night. Visitors without cards need to be added to your list at least two hours before.
What if I need more space later?
We reserve the position next to yours for up to six months on request, so you can grow without moving.
Do you sell servers or cloud?
No. We stay neutral so we can recommend any vendor or provider. Our partners can supply hardware if you need it.
