Connectivity

Nine carriers on site, and the freedom to use any of them.

Paragon is carrier-neutral. We own no network you are forced to buy. Carriers bring their fibre into our meet-me room, and we run a cross-connect from their rack to yours.

01Meet-me room

Where the networks meet.

The meet-me room is a locked room with its own cooling and power, where every carrier on site terminates its fibre. When you order a cross-connect, our engineers run a labelled cable from the carrier's panel to the panel in your rack and test it end to end.

Because the carriers are next to each other, you can buy from two of them for resilience, move to a cheaper one at renewal, or peer directly with a partner who is also here.

  • Three fibre entries on three different roads
  • Single-mode and multi-mode fibre and copper cross-connects
  • Every cable labelled at both ends and recorded in your portal

05Questions

Connectivity questions.

Do I have to buy bandwidth from you?

No. Most customers contract directly with a carrier. Our blended transit is there for those who want one bill.

Can you connect my office to my rack?

Yes. Ekulu Networks and Udi Link run office links across Enugu and nearby towns, usually within ten working days.

Do cross-connects go down when power fails?

No. The meet-me room is on the same 2N power as the halls.

Can I connect to another customer?

Yes, with their written approval, at the normal cross-connect rate.
