02How we count
The rules the calculator follows.

Units
We add your devices, one patch panel for every 16 devices, and the headroom you choose. A full rack keeps 2U free at the top for cable management.

Power
We use typical draws: 0.35 kW for a 1U server, 0.55 kW for 2U, 0.8 kW for a storage shelf, 3.5 kW for a blade chassis. Real draws are often lower; we measure before you sign.

Plan
We pick the cheapest plan that fits both space and power, comparing 4 kW full racks with 8 kW high-density racks.
- 04
Price
Monthly fees, cross-connects at ₦45,000 each and IP transit at ₦1,200 per Mbps, plus a one-off installation.

About the calculator.
Why is my power higher than the label on my server?
It is usually lower. Labels show the maximum the power supply can deliver. We use typical draws and measure yours on the survey.
What does room to grow do?
It adds spare units and power so you do not have to move racks when you add a server next year.
Is the price final?
It is an estimate at example rates. The quote after the site survey is the one you sign.
Can I reserve without a survey?
Yes. The deposit holds the space for 30 days and is credited to your first invoice, or refunded if the survey shows we are not a fit.
