We call you back
An engineer reads the ticket back to you and confirms before touching anything.
Hands on the kit
For urgent tickets an engineer is at your rack within 30 minutes, day or night.

Before and after photos, what was done and how long it took, attached to the ticket.
04Blocks
Save with a block of hours.
5-hour block
₦110,000, valid three months. Good for a single rack.
10-hour block
₦200,000, valid six months. Most banks pick this.
Managed hands
From ₦350,000 a month for a weekly health walk, monthly cable audit and unlimited reboots.
Spares locker
Keep spare disks and power supplies on site in a locked locker for ₦15,000 a month.
05Questions
Remote hands questions.
Will an engineer log into my server?
No. We only touch hardware: buttons, cables, disks and screens. If a keyboard is needed, you guide us on the phone.
What if the task takes longer?
We stop at the time you booked and call you before going on. Extra time is billed in 15-minute steps.
Can I ship parts to you?
Yes. Address them to your company at our loading bay; we log and store them free for 14 days.
Do blocks expire?
Five-hour blocks last three months and ten-hour blocks six months.
