What a Cedar costs today
Prices start at ₦128,000,000 on the first floor on the garden side. Each floor up adds 1.2%, and the lagoon side adds 4%.

The Cedar has no staff room. If you need one, look at the Juniper, which has a laundry room that many buyers fit out as a helper’s room.
