How paying works
Simple, traceable, in naira
Bank transfer or card
Pay by transfer to the escrow account named in your contract, or by card through Receivly. Every payment gets a receipt in your client portal.
Reminders
A WhatsApp reminder three days before each payment, and a statement every quarter.
Escrow
Deposits sit in an escrow account released to the contractor against the engineer’s certified progress.

Questions buyers ask
What if I miss a payment?
Talk to us. We allow one payment to move by up to 60 days a year without a charge. After that a 2% late fee applies.
Can I pay off early?
Yes, at any time. On the 24 and 36 month plans we reduce the plan charge in proportion.
Do you work with mortgage lenders?
Yes. Two lenders will finance up to 70% for completed homes. The calculator here shows our own plans only.
