What the drawings show
Room sizes are internal
Measured wall to wall after plaster. Balconies and terraces are shown hatched and counted separately in the total area.
Lagoon or garden side
Lagoon-side homes face south-east and catch the morning sun and breeze. Garden-side homes look over the courtyard and are quieter.
Two lifts, one stair core
Every floor has two passenger lifts on generator backup and a fire stair with a pressurised lobby.

Are these the final drawings?
They are planning drawings approved by the state. Small changes can happen during construction, and we tell every buyer in writing before they do.
Can I join two homes?
Yes, on floors 3 to 8 a Linden and a Cedar side by side can become a four-bedroom home. Ask the sales team for the combined plan.
Can I change the layout?
Before blockwork reaches your floor you can move the kitchen wall or add a study partition at cost. The explorer shows the standard plan.
