How buying works
- Shortlist
Save residences as you browse. Your shortlist sits in the top bar on every page.
- Visit
See the show apartment and stand on your floor in the hoist with our site engineer.
- Hold
Hold a residence for 14 days with a ₦1,000,000 reservation fee through Receivly. It counts towards your deposit.
- Sign
Your lawyer reviews the contract of sale. Pay the deposit by transfer and receive your allocation letter.
- Keys
Monthly reports until handover, then a snag list walk-through and your deed of assignment.

Are the prices on this page final?
They are today’s list prices, shown as example rates for this demo. Prices rise by phase as construction moves, so the price you lock when you sign stays fixed for your plan.
Can I hold more than one residence?
You can hold up to two at once for 14 days each. Most families use this to compare a lagoon view with a garden view before choosing.
Why do higher floors cost more?
Each floor above the first adds 1.2% for the view and breeze. Lagoon-side homes add 4%. The explorer shows the full breakdown for any home.
