Site drainage held through the June storms; no lost days to flooding.

Ground floor slab
Ground floor and basement parking slab poured over 36 hours with two pumps.

Piling complete
96 bored piles to 24 metres, tested and signed off.

Frame tops out at level 12. Roof slab and pool structure.
- Q2 2027
Windows and facade on levels 1 to 6. Show apartment opens on level 3.

Lifts commissioned. Generators and solar installed and tested.

Landscaping, snag lists and handover to the first buyers.
Quality checks
Who checks the work
- An independent structural engineer signs off every slab before the next pour.
- Concrete cube tests at 7 and 28 days, with results in the buyer portal.
- Monthly site walk for buyers on the first Saturday, hard hats provided.
