The reservation fee takes the home off the market and locks today’s price while your lawyer reviews the contract. It is refundable in full within 14 days and counts towards your deposit.

Reservation terms, in plain words
The fee holds one home for 14 days from payment. If you sign within 14 days, the fee becomes part of your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days, we refund the full fee within five working days to the account it came from. After 14 days without a signed contract the home returns to sale and the fee is refunded less a ₦50,000 administration charge. Example terms for this demo.
We held two homes for a week, visited both with our parents and chose the higher floor. The refund for the other came back in three days.
