Breast and chest

Breast and chest, planned in person

Reduction, lift, enlargement and male chest reduction. Every plan starts with an examination, a chaperone present, and a long talk about what matters most to you.

Our approach

Before anything, a conversation

Breast reduction is the operation our founder performs most often, usually for people with years of back and shoulder pain. Lifts and enlargements follow the same careful steps, with implants chosen together and a lifelong follow-up plan.

We do not operate within a year of pregnancy or six months of stopping breastfeeding, and we ask about family history of breast cancer before any plan is made.

Every result is personal and no outcome is promised. Surgery carries real risks, which your surgeon explains in person before you decide anything.

Risks, in plain words

What can go wrong

Every operation carries risk. These are the main ones for this area. Your surgeon explains how likely each is for you.

  • Bleeding, infection and wound healing problems
  • Changes in nipple sensation, sometimes lasting
  • Asymmetry between the two sides
  • Raised or wide scars, more likely on keloid-prone skin
  • Implant problems over time, which may need further surgery
  • Effects on future breastfeeding

Drawn, never borrowed

We illustrate plans with drawings like these and with your own measurements. We never show other people’s bodies to sell a procedure.

Questions

About breast and chest

Will my HMO pay for a breast reduction?

Sometimes, if there is documented pain and a doctor’s letter. Our coordinators check before your consultation.

Can I still breastfeed after surgery?

Many people can, but it cannot be promised. Your surgeon talks this through in detail.

How long do implants last?

They are not lifetime devices. Many last fifteen years or more, but some need changing sooner.

Do I need a mammogram first?

If you are over 40, or have a family history, we arrange one before surgery.
