Included in every fee
What you are paying for
- Consultant surgeon and consultant anaesthetist
- Theatre, equipment and medicines on the day
- The stated stay in a recovery suite, with meals
- Garments, dressings and the first week of pain relief
- Reviews at one week, six weeks, six months and a year
Not included
And what is not
- Travel and hotel stays, though we can book them
- Pre-operative tests at another hospital, if you choose that
- Further surgery for a change of mind
- Implant replacement years later
If a complication needs a return to theatre within six weeks, there is no surgeon or theatre fee.
How payment works
Three steps
Consultation fee
N50,000 in person or N25,000 by video, credited if you go ahead.
Booking deposit
30% of your written estimate, only after your cooling-off period has ended.
Balance
In up to three monthly parts, cleared one week before surgery.
Card, bank transfer or POS. Payments through Receivly match themselves to your record in the COVORN dashboard. We do not lend money or charge interest.
HMOs and refunds
Straight answers
Cosmetic surgery is rarely covered by HMO plans. Reconstructive work, such as scar revision after injury or breast reduction for pain, sometimes is, and our coordinators check with your HMO before you pay anything.
If you cancel more than two weeks before surgery, your deposit is returned in full. Within two weeks, we keep what has already been spent on your behalf and return the rest.

Why a range and not one price?
Because the operation you need depends on what the surgeon finds at consultation. Your written estimate gives one figure.
Do you offer discounts?
No. We do not run promotions on surgery, because a discount should never be the reason to decide.
Can family members pay?
Yes, by card or transfer using your reference, and the receipt goes to you.
Is the deposit refundable?
In full up to two weeks before surgery.
