What to expect at the gate
Ring at the gate on Orchid Close and a coordinator will meet you by name. There are eight parking spaces inside, and step-free access from the car to the arrival lounge and every consultation room.
Please arrive ten minutes early. If traffic holds you up, call and we will do our best to keep your full hour.

Can I visit without an appointment?
Only for Saturday tours. Consultations are by appointment so nobody waits.
