Fees, simply
The fee is credited
If you go ahead with surgery at Lumiere, your consultation fee is taken off your final estimate. If you do not, the fee covers an hour of a consultant’s time and your written plan, which is yours to keep or take elsewhere.
Second opinions with another Lumiere surgeon are free within your cooling-off period.

About booking
Can I pay at the clinic instead?
Yes, by POS or transfer at reception. Paying ahead with Receivly simply holds the slot.
What if I am late?
Traffic on Airport Road can be heavy at school times. Call us and we will do our best to keep the full hour.
Is the video consultation enough to book surgery?
No. Everyone is examined in person before a surgery date is held.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 48 hours before. After that, half the fee is kept for the surgeon’s time.
