Wealth management
Ongoing portfolio advice for families with N2.5 million or more invested. Built around your goals, held in your name, rebalanced every quarter and reported in plain English.
Inside your wealth plan
- A portfolio built for each goal, not one pot for everything
- Holdings in Treasury bills, bonds, Nigerian shares and dollar assets
- Quarterly rebalancing back to target
- A two-page quarterly report and an annual review
- Tax and estate coordination for Steward clients
From first conversation to steady progress
Every plan follows the same calm sequence, with a second adviser checking each step.
Review and plan
We start with the same review and written plan as every client.
Portfolio design
Each goal gets its own mix, matched to its date and your comfort with swings.
Account opening
Accounts in your name with licensed custodians. You sign, we arrange.
Steady management
Rebalancing, reporting and changes explained before they happen.
Example: The O family, Lekki
N38m across three goals: school fees in four years (conservative), a home upgrade in seven (balanced) and retirement in twenty (growth). Fee: 1.0% a year, about N380,000, billed quarterly. Example figures.
Example rates for illustration only. They are not promised returns: investments can fall as well as rise, and past performance is not a guide to the future.
Wealth questions
Still unsure?
What is the minimum?
Ongoing management starts from N2.5 million invested, or a plan to save N100,000 a month. Example figures.
Can I see my holdings?
Yes. The custodian sends statements directly to you, and our quarterly report shows every holding.
Do you invest in property?
We advise on property as part of your plan but do not sell or develop property. We take no fees from developers.
Can I take money out?
Yes. Most holdings can be sold within days. We plan so you never have to sell at a bad time to meet a known bill.
