By WhatsApp and email, with the new price and any changes.

  2. 14 days before

    A reminder

If you have not paid. Change cover or cancel with one message.

  3. Renewal day

Questions

About paying

Can I change my payment date?

Yes. In your account or by message. We move it once a year at no cost.

I paid but have no receipt.

Transfers match within minutes. If not, send your bank's confirmation on WhatsApp and we will match it by hand.

Is there a fee for paying monthly?

Monthly instalments include a small example charge of 6 percent over the yearly price. Paying yearly avoids it.
