Watch a fleet move

This is what you and your depot managers see. Vehicles move on the map, statuses change and alerts arrive. Search a plate or filter by status.

      What you are seeing

The four things managers check first

      Where

Position every 30 seconds while moving, with the road name and nearest landmark.

      How fast

Speed against the limit for that road, not one blanket figure for the whole fleet.

      How much fuel

Tank level from the sensor, so a sudden drop stands out at once.

      How long idle

Engine on, wheels still. Idling over 10 minutes is flagged with its cost.

      On your phone

The same map in your pocket

Owners use the phone view in traffic on Ali Akilu Road as much as at a desk. It loads quickly on a weak signal and has a low-data setting that shows the list without the map.

      Questions

      About the live map

How many people can log in?

As many as you like on every plan. Each person gets their own login and sees only the depots you allow.

      Can customers track deliveries?

Yes. You can send a live link for one trip that expires when the delivery is done.

Does it work on old phones?

It runs in the browser on most smartphones from the last six years, with a lighter list view for weak signals.
