Paying
Simple invoices, the way Nigerian businesses pay
One invoice per month for the whole fleet, with a line per vehicle. Pay by bank transfer, card or POS at our Barnawa office. Receivly matches transfers to invoices by itself, so you never need to send proof of payment.
- Monthly invoice on the 1st, due by the 10th
- No price rise for 12 months on any term
- 3-month start period, then month to month
- Devices yours to keep after a 24-month term
Questions
About plans and billing
Can different vehicles be on different plans?
Yes. Many clients keep pool cars on Track and delivery vans on Control. The invoice shows each line.
What if we add or remove vehicles?
Changes apply from the next month. Removed devices can be moved to new vehicles at no charge.
Is VAT included?
Prices on this demo are shown before VAT. Your real quote will show VAT separately.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Fitting is free when devices are on a term, or ₦8,000 per vehicle on monthly plans (example rate).
