How we work it out
The sums behind the dashboard
Fuel is kilometres divided by typical litres per 100 km for each vehicle type, at your fuel price, plus the share you tell us is lost. Maintenance and tyres use a cost per kilometre. Drivers, insurance and papers are monthly fixed costs.
The saving assumes we recover three quarters of lost fuel, cut breakdown repairs by a fifth and reduce downtime. Your audit replaces every assumption with your real numbers.

Are these real prices?
They are example rates based on typical figures. Fuel prices move often, so set the sliders to what you paid last week.
Why is driver pay included?
Owners often forget it when they think about vehicle costs. Including it gives a true cost per kilometre to compare with outsourcing or leasing.
Where does the saving come from?
Mostly fuel that leaks through theft, idling and detours, then fewer breakdowns and less downtime. The audit measures your real figures.
