What fleet owners ask
Straight answers. For anything else, the control room is on WhatsApp day and night.
WhatsApp the control roomCan we keep using our own mechanic?
Yes. We can schedule work at your mechanic and still record it, though Complete plan guarantees only apply to our workshop and approved partners.
How do you price parts?
Every part is listed on the job card with its price and receipt. You approve anything over a limit you set before work starts.
Do you collect vehicles?
Within Kaduna we collect and return vehicles at no charge on Complete, and for a small fee on other plans.
What about vehicle papers?
We keep a calendar of licences, roadworthiness and insurance and remind you 30 days before each renewal, or renew for you on Complete.
