Walk round
Two inspectors check every vehicle, photograph damage and test brakes, lights and tyres.

Papers and records
Licences, insurance, permits, fuel receipts and repair invoices read and logged.

Drivers and routes
Short interviews with drivers and loaned trackers fitted for a week of route data.
- Day 7
Report
Your written report with leaks in naira and a recommended plan.
Questions
Before you book
Do we have to sign up after the audit?
No. The report is yours to keep. If you do sign up within 60 days, the audit fee comes off your first month.
Will deliveries stop during the audit?
No. We inspect vehicles as they come back to the yard and work around your loading times.
What should we prepare?
Vehicle papers, three months of fuel receipts and repair invoices if you have them. A controller will send a short list.
Can I change the date?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before. Call or WhatsApp the control room.
