How it works
Four steps, usually done in two weeks

Baseline
We pull three months of fuel receipts and work out what each vehicle should use.

Card and sensor
Cards are issued with limits and sensors fitted at the same visit as the tracker.

Reconcile
Every night the system matches litres bought, litres in the tank and kilometres driven.

Act
Exceptions go to the control room and to you, with the driver, time and station named.

What fleet owners ask
Straight answers. For anything else, the control room is on WhatsApp day and night.
WhatsApp the control roomWhat if a station does not take the card?
Drivers can pay cash in an emergency and photograph the receipt in the driver app. The control room then matches it the same day.
How fast do we hear about siphoning?
A sharp fall in tank level with the engine off triggers an alert to the control room within two minutes, and we call the driver and you.
Does it work for generators too?
Yes. Site generators can carry the same sensor, which helps clients who also run diesel at depots during power cuts.
Will drivers resist it?
Some do at first. We brief every driver, and most come round when good scores lead to the monthly bonus that many clients run.
