Questions
What fleet owners ask
Straight answers. For anything else, the control room is on WhatsApp day and night.
WhatsApp the control roomDoes tracking work where network is poor?
The tracker stores up to 30 days of positions when it loses signal and sends them when coverage returns, so the history stays complete on rural stretches.
Can drivers switch it off?
It is wired behind the dashboard with a backup battery. If power is cut, the control room gets a tamper alert within a minute.
Who can see the map?
You choose. Owners see everything, depot managers see their depot, and drivers see only their own trips in the driver app.
Can we keep our existing trackers?
Often yes. We can read many common devices into the Citadel map after a short test, which keeps your switching cost down.
