Most operations at Avenor are planned weeks ahead, which gives time to explain, prepare and agree the price in writing. Emergencies go straight from Emergency to theatre, one corridor away.
Every patient meets their surgeon and anaesthetist before the day, and families wait in a lounge with a screen that shows when surgery has started and finished.

Fracture fixation, arthroscopy and joint surgery with physiotherapy after.

Gynaecological operations with the Women and maternity team.

Arrive in the morning, go home the same evening for suitable procedures.
High dependency care
Close monitoring after bigger operations, on the same floor as theatres.
