We ask before extra costs
If a plan changes, we tell you the new cost before going ahead, except in an emergency.

Why are these called example rates?
This is a demo site. On the live site the rates update from the COVORN apps when the finance team changes them.
Can I pay in instalments?
For maternity and planned surgery packages, yes. Ask the care desk for a plan in writing.
Do you charge for a second opinion?
Not within Avenor. If you are unsure about a plan, ask for another consultant’s view.
